ECOMMIT co,.ltd(Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Toru Kamura) and ECOMMIT Corporation (Head Office: Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture; President: Teruyuki Kawano) have announced the launch of "Kurashi no Susukatsu Circular Action (hereafter, the Service)," a service for collecting unwanted items at a permanent collection station to deliver clothing and other items no longer needed by residents to the next user. This service is designed to deliver unwanted clothing, etc., to the next user of the service.  　This service is one of the activities of Mitsui Fudosan Residential's "Kurashi no Sasukatsu", an initiative to practice sustainable decarbonization activities while having fun, in cooperation with ECOMMIT, a comprehensive provider of services to realize the recycling cycle, and is designed to enable residents to continue to casually engage in resource recycling in their daily lives while having fun. This is a service that allows residents to continue to be casually involved in the recycling of resources while enjoying their daily lives. The service will be launched for approximately 4,000 units*¹ in five condominium buildings in the Toyosu area, and will be gradually expanded to newly built condominiums offered by Mitsui Fudosan Residential and existing condominiums managed by the Mitsui Fudosan Residential Group.  　Under the brand concept of "Life-styling x Aging Advantage" for all of Mitsui Fudosan Residential's housing businesses, we will continue to provide products and services that respond to diversifying lifestyles and promote urban development that allows people to live safely, securely, and comfortably, thereby contributing to the realization of a sustainable society and the SDGs. 　本サービスは、三井不動産レジデンシャルが提供する、楽しみながら持続的に脱炭素活動を実践する「くらしのサス活」の活動の一つとして、循環サイクルの実現に向けたサービスを包括的に提供しているECOMMITと連携し、ご入居者様が日々のくらしの中で楽しみながらいつでも気軽に資源の循環に関わり続けられるサービスです。豊洲エリアのマンション5棟、約4,000戸*¹を対象にサービスを開始いたしますが、今後は、三井不動産レジデンシャルが提供する新築分譲マンションや三井不動産レジデンシャルグループが管理する既築マンション等に本サービスを順次拡大していく予定です。
