"Circular Action in daily life" Project: Launch of Japan's First Model for Reducing Waste and Returning Revenue from Resource Circulation to Community Development

2024.08.01

Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd. and ECOMMIT Co., Ltd. have launched a groundbreaking initiative today in collaboration with B-Pam, the area management organization for Makuhari Bay Park, one of the largest mixed-use redevelopment areas in the Tokyo metropolitan area. This initiative is part of the "Circular Action in daily life" project, which aims to realize a circular society through housing and lifestyle improvements. By integrating the resource circulation service "PASSTO," this project introduces, for the first time in Japan, a model that reduces waste and returns the revenue generated from resource circulation to community development.
