It is the first in Japan for Kamakura City to promote the introduction of the resource circulation service "PASSTO" within the city.

ECOMMIT and Kamakura City in Kanagawa Prefecture signed an agreement on June 12 this year to promote activities related to the reuse of miscellaneous goods and to enhance citizen services through practical demonstrations.

Through our resource circulation service "PASSTO," operated by our company, we will install it within Kamakura City, including public facilities. This initiative aims to provide citizens with opportunities to participate in resource circulation more actively and to engage in "reuse" rather than discarding household items as waste when no longer needed.

It is noteworthy that promoting the installation of "PASSTO" for the purpose of reusing miscellaneous goods by local governments is the first initiative of its kind nationwide.
