Four Entetsu Stores Simultaneously Start Collecting Clothing and Miscellaneous Goods through PASSTO, a Resource Recycling Service

(Head office: Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture; CEO: Teruyuki Kawano; hereinafter "ECOMMIT"), a company that builds infrastructure for the collection, sorting, and redistribution of unwanted goods for a recycling-based society, and Entetsu Store Co, (Head office: Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture; President: Hiroshi Miyata; hereinafter "Entetsu Store"), which operates 36 supermarkets in western Shizuoka Prefecture, will launch PASSTO, a resource recycling service provided by ECOMMIT that collects, sorts, and redistributes unwanted items in a single process, at four Entetsu Store stores (Kasai Store, Food One Sasai Store, and Food One Sasai Store) from August 6, 2024 (Tuesday) as part of the company's initiatives aimed at realizing a sustainable society. (Kasai Store, Food One Sanarudai Store, Food One Takabayashi Store, and Hamakita Store) to start collecting unwanted clothing. This will be the first time in Shizuoka Prefecture that PASSTO is permanently installed in a commercial facility.
