scheme to turn shopping malls into gateways for resource recycling

(Head office: Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture; CEO: Teruyuki Kawano; hereinafter "ECOMMIT"), which builds infrastructure for the collection and redistribution of unwanted goods for a recycling-oriented society, has partnered with AEON MALL Co. The project is based on the concept of "Let's start by not throwing things away. (headquartered in Chiba, Japan; hereinafter "ECOMMIT") will collect unwanted items through the "PASSTO" scheme, a one-stop collection, sorting, and redistribution service provided by ECOMMIT, as part of a resource recovery project based on the concept of "Start by not throwing things away.
As a first step, four stores in the Chiba area (AEON MALL Narita, AEON MALL Chiba New Town
The service will begin on November 25.
